I must say that I was very dubious about ordering toppers or any form of hair extensions from a company that’s not in the UK where I have not had the opportunity to see the product myself but I thought I would give one Hair stop a chance. I took the opportunity to have a video consultation with Deepthi. What can I say? She was amazing from start to finish and this review is based on my thoughts of the service as I have yet to receive the products and I will write another review when I do.
I asked numerous questions and she did an amazing job of putting me at ease by being so friendly professional and knowledgeable. She even said she would keep in touch until my order arrived to make sure everything goes smoothly so I have high hopes for these products. She was prompt with her responses. I barely had to wait for any of the answers to my questions and whereas I normally feel quite nervous about buying things internationally I felt at ease.
There has been so many positive comments on the sales people and I’m glad to say that I had a great experience as well. The icing on the cake will be hoping that the products are just as good as the Service I received.
I have tried other brands, but I found 1hairstop is the best. The Hair quality is very good and the topper looks very natural, no one can guess I am wearing one. If only the price can be cheaper!
