International Returns Policy:

  • Regrettably, we do not accept international returns under any circumstances.
  • Effective November 12th 2025, 6:00 PM IST, all orders placed henceforth are shipped in DTP (Duty and Taxes Paid) mode, eliminating customer responsibility to clear goods and handle any applicable duties or charges upon landing.
  • This ensures you receive your parcel straight to your doorstep with no additional hidden charges.

Liability Disclaimer and Government Clearance:

  • We want to clarify that we are not liable for any duties or charges applicable based on your destination address for all orders placed before November 12th 2025, 6:00 PM IST.
  • Customers are expected to clear goods post-payment of necessary charges to the government/shipping partner for all orders placed before November 12th 2025, 6:00 PM IST.
  • DHL shall reach out to you via email when your goods are in transit.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • For any cancellations, promptly email care@1hairstop.in within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Refunds shall not be processed after 24 hours of placing the order.

Shipping Address Modification:

Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed to a different country. However, if you need to make changes within the same country, please note that such modifications can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

Delivery Assurance and Liability:

  • Once marked as Delivered by our trusted partner DHL, we relinquish liability for any misplaced or stolen parcels.
  • Rest assured, we provide proof of delivery and tracking numbers for your confidence.
  • Any concerns beyond this point should be directed to your local DHL or logistic authorities.

Address Accuracy and Responsibility:

  • To ensure a seamless experience, please inform us of any address changes within 24 hours of placing the order, as we cannot be held liable for inaccuracies.
  • We strongly encourage customers to provide accurate details to prevent any misplacement or unintended collection by others.

International Orders and Returns:

  • Unfortunately, no store credits are issued for international orders.
  • Refunds or partial refunds as compensation are only considered within 48 hours of customers receiving their orders, provided there is compelling evidence of irreparable product faults.

Shipping Costs Breakdown:

  • Avail complimentary worldwide shipping on orders exceeding $125.
  • Exceptions include an additional $20 for Spain and Italy due to specific documentation procedures.
  • For orders below $125, an extra $25 applies worldwide, while $45 is levied for Spain and Italy.
