  • Salon Operations: Manage day-to-day salon operations, including scheduling appointments, managing staff, and overseeing salon maintenance and cleanliness.

  • Proven experience as a Salon Manager or a similar leadership role in a salon setting.

Social Media and Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media and Customer Relationship Manager to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of our social media strategy and coordinating with internal teams to optimize customer engagement. An in-depth understanding of our products and the tools we utilize is essential. This role also requires exceptional customer service skills, including handling escalated customer cases.

This is an in-office position, and the successful candidate will be required to work from our Jubilee Hills office.


  • Instagram Strategy & Posting: Develop and implement effective Instagram strategies. This includes creating, curating, and managing all published content (images, video, and written).
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams such as design and content to optimize our social media presence and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly check and report on overall performance metrics, including calls, emails, and WhatsApp interactions.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain an in-depth understanding of our products to effectively communicate their benefits and features across all social media channels.
  • Customer Escalation Handling: Manage escalated customer cases to provide resolutions that maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Leave Coverage: Take over to ensure all inquiries are answered if a team member is on leave.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of social media management and customer service experience
  • Experience with CRM platforms, email marketing, and social media automation tools
